One of the pillars of our conversations in this community is Embodiment Medicine. I wanted to have an entire episode about what this actually means.
When I thought about who I wanted to have on as a guest for this topic, there was only one name that came to mind: Mara Branscombe. Mara is a mother, writer, yogi, dancer, mindfulness leader, ceremonialist and spirit coach. She has an amazing ability to guide others along the path of self-transformation. She is grounded. She is in tune with the cycles. She is the walking embodiment of doing this work of alchemizing emotions from the emotional plane into the physical to extract the lessons we are all here to learn.
I have also invited Mara to co-facilitate as a guest presenter for the upcoming Heart Lab Circle. The Heart Lab is my 3-month group coaching program to help guide you within so you can rewrite your relationship to love, trust and belonging. I have poured my entire Being into this offering. It condenses everything I have learned in the last 13 years about empowering folks in relationships into a safe container so you can do your work alongside a community who is bravely doing the same depth of work as you. Because it can honestly feel so lonely to be doing this healing work of taking sovereign responsibility for yourself. It can feel like you’re the only one who even wants to do this.
Mara and I will hold you accountable as you find your way back Home.
